![]() ![]() The plastic itself was very soft and hard to work with also. The clear plastic parts were the worst fitting. I really wanted to construct this particular model, so I wound up purchasing two kits to see if the issues were due to age or storage, but I found that they were just molded that way. Warpage was a real issue and very hard/impossible to correct. Some areas were almost transparent, they were so thin. Very old school molding with a lot of flashing and pin marks. ![]() This kit really misses the mark! The molded details are very good, but the fit is horrible. They were "OK" when you could not find anything better. I have always thought that Revell/Monogram had fairly decent kits, although nothing to compare to the new kits available these days. This kit is very bad and I would not recommend it to anyone. I have been making models for over 60 years, so I feel I do have some experience here.
